I am searching for a Senior and well experienced Bookkeeper to grow with my practice. You will be my client manager and manage a portfolio of clients on your own. You need to be reliable; able to work autonomously and have very good communication skills. Training can be provided in areas of weakness as long as you have the major qualities I am looking for.

Main tasks will include but not limited to :

-BAS and AS lodgements ( including reviewing GST allocations done by bookkeeping team and attending to any amendments needed)

-Monthly management reporting for clients and zoom meetings to discuss the management reports where needed

-Annual reconciliations ( GST and payroll etc)

-Payroll and superannuation

-Preparation of Accountant working papers Annually

-Client management- communicating with clients, reminding them of information we require, Email management, phone calls and meetings with clients (so this person needs to be well presented and good with people). Our core value is keep good client communication and never let our clients wait.

– Good time management

– Reviewing bookkeeping work performed by our team of bookkeepers and managing the bookkeepers (checking up on their tasks)

-assist with all admin related tasks, be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and management thereof.

This position is Starting at a few hours a week and provides flexibility to work from home, as long as you are well set up with your own equipment. I need someone who has experience in a similar role before, this person needs to be prepared to grow with the practice and more hours will come over the next months as we grow.

There is the option to come on as a contractor for the right person.

Software we use:

xero; MYOB; Quickbooks; Clickup for CRM management;My hours for time tracking.

Training will be done at a central location until I am confident you can handle my clients and bookkeepers on your own.
